All sites are a maximum of 2 people (55+)
with a maximum of 2 pets (NO Pitbulls, Dobermans or Rottweilers allowed!).
Limited availability – Please ensure reservation before arriving.
We accept Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers, and 5th wheels. We do not accept tent campers, converted school buses, vans or utility trailers. RVs must be clean in appearance, no body damage or rust. RVs older than 10 years old must have photos submitted before reservation will be accepted.

Daily Rate: $45/day
Weekly Rate: $260
(7 nights)
Monthly Rate: $875
(28 nights max)
Pet Fee: Daily $5 Weekly $25 Monthly$60
(NO aggressive breeds allowed ex: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Wolf hybrids)
Discounts Available (not available for weekly/monthly rates)
Passport America: $22.50/ 3 day max discount applied (Discount applied to daily rate only)
Good Sam: 10% (Discount applied to daily rate only)
Military: 10% (Discount applied to daily rate only)
DAILY AND WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: 72 hour notice to change or cancel. If not changed or canceled 72 hours prior to check-in, one night will be charged @ a full rate of $45.
RULES & REGS
1. NO MAIL CAN BE RECEIVED FOR OUR SHORT TERM GUESTS. IF EXPECTING A DELIVERY, PLEASE SEE THE OFFICE FOR APPROVAL.
2. VEHICLE SPEEDS SHALL NOT EXCEED 5 MPH
3. QUIET TIME IS 10PM-8AM. NO EXCESSIVE NOISE IS EVER ALLOWED. (INCLUDING EXCESSIVE DOG BARKING)
4. THERE ARE NO WOOD BURNING FIRES ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
5. ONLY 1 AC AT A TIME! WE DO NOT HAVE 50 AMP SERVICE.
6. DO NOT FLUSH PAPER TOWELS OR WIPES, THEY CAUSE MAJOR SEWER BLOCKAGES FOR THE PARK!
7. THE POND IS OPEN FOR FISHING. (CATCH & RELEASE ONLY)
8. PARK GUESTS ARE ALLOWED 2 PETS MAXIMUM. DOGS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
9. ONLY RV SAFE TOILET PAPER, DETERGENTS, SOAPS, LAUNDRY ADDITIVES ARE PERMITTED IN THE PARK. (NO BLEACH)
10. USE OF GARBAGE DISPOSALS, DISHWASHERS AND PRIVATE WASHERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON SITE DUE TO SEPTIC SYSTEM.
AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY LONG-TERM (OVER 28 NIGHTS) RENTAL SITES AVAILABLE.
