MEMBERSHIP
What is a membership? A membership is one's right to a park site for personal use for life: The land the site sits on is not included within a membership transaction and in fact belongs to the park. Permanent and/or attached improvements remain with/on the site.
All membership sites are "approximately" 2400 square feet with dimensions of approximately sixty (60) feet long and forty (40) feet wide. Measurements depend on the terrain.
​All existing memberships are purchased from the current members. The price is negotiated between member and prospective buyer. All prospective buyers will be subject to a background, credit check and interview by park management. All sites are subject to park rules, regulations and permitting.
Recurring Monthly Fees to the Park: $227/month: includes water, trash, use of park amenities and internet/WiFi; plus, electricity** and a 12% park maintenance & utility fee***
